Who we are
Voice is provided by Mateusz Hadryś ("we"). These terms cover the Voice Mac app, this website, and Voice accounts. By using Voice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Voice.
Using Voice
Voice is free of charge. You may use the app for personal and professional dictation.
We provide Voice "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Voice accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you agree not to:
- abuse the account service;
- attack the service or try to disrupt it;
- use automated tools to abuse sign-up.
When you sign in with Google, you must also follow Google's terms.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Stopping
You can stop using Voice at any time. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. This includes liability for intent or gross negligence, and liability under mandatory consumer law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we update this page and the "Last updated" date.
